  • What we do. Kindling Crunchy is a curated marketplace. Independent sellers list items and sell directly to buyers. We facilitate discovery, checkout, and support; we are not the seller of record for items.

    Payments. Checkout is processed by Stripe. By purchasing, you also agree to Stripe’s terms. Orders may be canceled or refunded if we suspect fraud or a policy violation.

    Your use. Don’t misuse the site (spam, illegal items, IP infringement). We may remove content or accounts that break policy.

    Limits. The service is provided “as is.” To the fullest extent allowed by law, we disclaim warranties and limit liability for indirect or incidental damages.

  • What we collect. Info you provide (name, email, ZIP, listing and order details) and basic analytics/cookies.

    How we use it. To run the marketplace, process payments, fight fraud, and send opt-in updates. We don’t sell personal data.

    Sharing. We share data with service providers like Stripe solely to operate payments and security.

    Your choices. You can request access or deletion where applicable. Unsubscribe anytime.

  • Listing rules (required on every product):

    • Ingredients / Materials

    • Shelf-life (unopened): ≥6 months, 6–12m, or 12m+

    • Storage notes

    • Handling time (days)

    • USPS shipping note

    Claims. No medical or therapeutic claims. No misleading or unsubstantiated claims.

    Fees & payouts (pilot). 12% seller commission per order; buyer pays $0.99 service fee; $1.50 minimum commission applies to small orders. Payouts via Stripe Connect to your bank on Stripe’s schedule.

    Fulfillment. Ship on time, provide tracking, and package safely. You’re responsible for compliance with all laws and for your customers’ satisfaction.

    Breach. We may hide listings, hold funds, or issue refunds to buyers for DOA/mismatch or clear policy violations.

  • Returns. For DOA or description-mismatch reported within 7 days of delivery, the seller must offer a refund or replacement. Buyer may be asked for photos or to return the item. Preference-based returns are at the seller’s discretion—state your policy in the listing.

    Shipping. USPS First-Class or Priority unless otherwise stated. Provide tracking within 48 hours of label creation. Note any limitations (e.g., no PO boxes) in the listing.

    Fees on refunds. Platform commission is refunded on platform-initiated returns; payment processor fees may not be fully refundable.

  • No ingestibles, medical devices, aerosols/flammables, refrigerated/short shelf-life items, children’s products, weapons/counterfeits, live plants/soil/seeds, or anything that makes medical/therapeutic claims. We may expand this list over time.

  • IP. Respect copyrights and trademarks. If you believe content infringes your rights, email support@kindlingcrunchy.com with: your contact info, the work claimed, the infringing URL, and a good-faith statement.

    Disputes. Use the in-platform Messages first. If unresolved, contact support@kindlingcrunchy.com with your order number and evidence. We may, at our discretion, refund buyers and charge back the order to the seller in clear DOA/mismatch cases.
